Man youre A GUEST on the japanese network, at least treat it with respect and upload as much as you possibly can! Personally i can upload max about 45 kb/s and im giving everything to share even though it slows down the internet in general.
Remember that we are guests on the japanese network and if we annoy or leech too much they WILL find a way to get rid of us. But if we behave nicely and share as much as possible they will probably be ok with us using their network, or even like it -> we can also be on their network in the future.
