what does this mean and what do i do about it?

Nami, I don't understand your problem. If you did as 3 said and made a cache folder, you should not be getting this error. Check to be sure Share has read/write access to the cache folder you specified, and that the path is correct.
Can you please explain this properly, how to make a cache folder and how to point to it ????? Thanks
Although I am real late on replying here but what I think they did is they added a cache folder by going to their Share folder using the New->Folder option, but Share wont see it just by doing that.
After adding a folder named cache in the Share folder (In Windows explorer File->New->Folder->Name it cache), open Share, go to the folders tab and click on the Add folder button, make sure youre logged in with an ID, and under the Folder type area, select the Cache circle, then above it there should be a blank white space and to the right of it click the 3-dotted button and find the cache folder that you created in the Share folder. Click on the Add button and close. Hopefully that helps someone.
