I'm sure that share is properly connected as I'm always checking the log and it never disconnects me. Plus, I'm connected to people and searching them for uploads and downloads. The odd thing is that none of my files are downloading they are in the download window but not downloading.

Why this is odd would be because the were downloading fine before and I was uploading just fine before. One day I turned on my laptop opened up share and it seemes like everything was frozen and it's been that way for a while now. Just to test it out and see if the files I was trying to get where rare, I added some triggers and hashes for files that were new and more popular (currently airing dramas, latest volume of bleach etc etc) I also researched for a file I managed to download in an hour from share a week before. All the files are found they move to my download screen but they make 0 progress they have all been frozen at 0mb for a month now.

I'm not so sure what's up or what to do next so I'm hoping that somebody can help me.
